3. 3. Delivery of Services

   • • Inside Dhaka: Within 5 working days (for physical services, reports, or medicine delivery).
   • • Outside Dhaka: Within 10 working days.
   • • Digital consultations and telemedicine services are typically delivered within the scheduled timeframe confirmed at booking.

4. 4. Refunds and Cancellations

   • • Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.
   • • If a service has no refund or cancellation option, it will be clearly mentioned on the respective service page.
